Rahane said the pitch had totally changed since the first Test and the ball would turn well from day one. The first test was also held at Chepauk.

'The pitch has totally changed. I'm sure the ball will turn well from day one. This can be clearly stated only after the first session. Forget the first Test defeat and we will play tomorrow. We are trying our best, ”Rahane said

Rahane added that Akshar Patel will play in the second Test and his services will benefit the team. Rahane said the Indian team should focus more on fielding.
